for the past week, had been watching movies la.. movies, movies, movies.. nothing much.. so i'm gonna comment on some of the movies i've watched la.. so far, they're all quite good, i might say!!

sex is zero II is better than the first.. this time it was more of a love story rather than all the sex humour and stuff.. though the sex humour is till present in the current installment.. same old male lead.. but the female lead this time was different.. she was a rape victim and they both met in the hospital.. she was so agitated she wanna kill herself and even tried holding the guy hostage with a knife..that's how they met la.. the guy kinda emphatised with her and was with her all the way in the hospital to tide through the darkest hour of her life.. all the comforting and consoling til they got together..

then the girl got back to her feet and the guy proposed to her and they were scheduled to get married.. and there came the twist.. the girl went for a swimming competition and kinda broke her ligament in the ankle and it was told by the doctor that she won't be able to swim again..

her mom then wanted another guy who was their old neighbour's son to get together with the girl.. her mom talked to the male lead to leave her as he won't do her any good as the other guy was a prosecutor and he can afford to bring her to the U.S and A for treatment..

so the male lead deliberately not send any message or get anything for her birthday.. did not pick up her calls and just said that he wanted a break up.. in order for him to really bear to break up with her, he told her something like 'it's hard to accept somebody who was a rape victim to be his girl' and that really broke her heart but actually deep down he still loves her and wanted to be with her.. just that he wanted the best for her so he would rather give her up so that she could get to America to heal her ankle..

in the end the girl got to know about it and she was so touched by his actions that they got back together again.. eventually, they got married and lived happily ever after.. lesson that i learnt was that it's not how handsome, how rich you are just like the prosecutor in the show.. but how much shit you and your other half had gone through and this brings 2 halves together to become a whole single entity.. and of course not forgetting the happy times shared as well.. go watch it man!!! it's damn funny expecially the lollipop that was inserted into the butthole.. hahahaha~

2nd show that i watched was called charm school.. it's actually a mexican show called Niñas Mal.. it's about the female lead named adela who's a 18 year old teenager finding her place in society.. her dad's a politician who's running for governor position in mexico.. due to her rebellious nature, tattoos and having a habit of getting into trouble, it kinda dents her dad's chances of becoming the governor.. so he sends her to a charm school.. kinda like a school to transform girls into ladies and also to prevent her from getting into trouble as well..

she met a few others in the school.. a girl named Maribel who was sent there by her mom to be the perfect woman/housewife as she blows up some of the kitchenware and causes their dog to get diarrhoea.. Heidi, a bitchy, conservative and spoilt girl was also there to learn to be a A notch housewife so as to marry into a good family.. Valentina, a lesbian sent there by her priest uncle to change her for the better.. and lastly Pia, who's a intelligent geek who has a degree or masters in economics (i forgot) and was forced to enrol so that her mom will stop trying to hook her up with the young guys she sleeps with.. hahaha~

Adela tries to learn what was taught in the school but she ruins everything.. Screws Heidi's wedding, causing of the school to be closed down and also the downfall of his dad's political career.. and that's when she starts thinking of others and stops neglecting how the others feel..

so she tries fixing heidi's wedding and that got her dad's political career back on track as heidi's father in law is an influential guy who can support adela's dad's campaign for governor.. it's a great show that's funny, sexy and also meaningful.. reminds me of the days of being rebellious and just about getting what i want.. but it also taught me that the world's not just about me.. no man is an island.. for people to live together, you gotta spare a thought for others.. by the way, out of the five girls, Pia's my favourite!! so smart, pretty, knowledgeable and not forgetting to mention having the x-factor as well!! =D

the 3rd one i watched was the forbidden kingdom.. a very slick action/kungfu film featuring an ang moh kid from boston that got transported back to ancient china after holding a golden cudgel resembling that of sun wukong's.. was quite predictable la after seeing that weapon.. the ang moh kid's mission was known as the seeker to free the monkey god from imprisonment in a stone statue..

quite a cool twist how the good old traditional journey to the west becomes an original and exciting storyline.. and you get to see jet li and jackie chan fight it out for the cudgel due to a misunderstanding.. there are also pretty girls in the show.. liu yifei as the swallow and the white haired demon girl..

fortunately, the monkey god was freed and he kicks all the baddies' asses and the ang moh kid got back to his hometown, good ol' boston and all the skills and kung fu he got to keep after learning from the 2 martial arts experts..

go catch these movies.. they're value for $$ shows.. and i'm pretty bored at home.. ask me OUT!!
