finally back from 3 days of outfield.. it was fun sitting on top the vehicle, holding a machine gun and commanding the whole vehicle.. the missions were relatively easy to accomplish.. driving around to bomb the so called targets.. quite lame but fun..
well, i didn't get to stay back in artillery as an instructor.. my results were the same as one of my platoon mates and the instructors decided to cast votes.. in the end more votes went to him and he got to stay instead.. i think another reason i wasn't chosen was because a sergeant that's on course chose me and 13 others to go to his unit.. maybe his unit will be a more fun place to be.. though no more staying out and a 8 to 5 job but i think it should be okay because i'll be training recruits.. haha..
other than that, i'm gonna get a black beret since i'm considered under armour.. and the pay's higher than artillery.. just that i think i'll eat more sand in the future..
time to register for uni.. still not quite sure what to register for.. but i've sure seen lots of interesting courses to enrol.. who knows i might even take up teaching.. haha.. teaching is really very enriching.. imparting our own skills and knowledge to another is just so cool..
