hey, hey.. i am so glad to be back.. 2 weeks had passed and now i'm finally back.. =D lots of things to say but so many things that cannot be said.. haha.. the activities inside are fun la.. the shooting, standard obstacle course, grenade throwing, disassembling and fixing back the gun.. but there's also a lot of ordering around done which i don't quite like.. missed the last two world cup matches also.. but still got to know the results.. portugal lost but at least they're no. 4.. good jobbie still.. food's okay, my platoon and section mates are also cool people.. the people in my bunk are a bunch of funny people.. really enjoyed their company la.. last week, a bird flew in and commited suicide when it hit a fan and its head was severed from its body.. blood splattered everywhere.. we all cleaned up the mess and laughed at it.. my sergeants and officers are nice as compared to the other platoons.. haha.. if there's tekaning, i'll take it as brushing up my mental ability.. so i got nothing much to complain about actually..

but there was another thingy inside.. tekong cough, flu and fever.. everyone was like so sick la.. the medical officer also said there was a spread of virus.. went to see one.. he's quite nice and gave me medicine.. i got the cough, fever and the flu.. =/ still didn't get well yet.. but i'll get well soon and be up and ready to go again in no time..

booked out yesterday.. it was such a hasty affair because everyone was so anxious to get home after 2 weeks.. the feeling of getting home was great.. haha.. but i should not have gotten sick.. made mom kinda worried.. i was so flooded will pills and herbal tea.. haha.. but i really appreciate it though..

went to meet my platoon mates to get my stuff for my field camp where i would get to live in the jungle in undesirable conditions for like 7 days and it starts this coming friday.. that meant i won't be coming out til 2 weeks again.. sighz..

after that late in the evening went to kinda celebrate an advanced birthday for me.. thanks to everyone for the pressies and the cakes and stuffs.. really liked it a lot.. when i'm in the forests next week.. i'll remember that day you all celebrated for me..

Well, the portuguese fell to the french.. but I thought this was one of their greatest performance in this tournament so far.. they had surpassed what people had expected them to reach in this world cup.. actually they have't lost for approximately 2 years since the defeat to Greece in the Euro 2004 finals.. since they have already done so well and they are already winners in my heart, I shall not whine and cry foul about the controversial penalty won by Henry.. I am not like the English fans who are such sore losers and they blame Ronaldo after what he did was to appeal for a foul but he did not ask for a red card for one of my favourite strikers Rooney.. English players complain about the temperature, referee's decision and the pitch being lousy.. how come they never blame their own players who missed the penalties?? =p

Ronaldo is like a super 'Beng' now and everyone's like booing him.. but he performed even better with the boos yesterday.. Lastly but not least, here I am to congratulate the French for reaching the World Cup Finals which they will meet the Italians next.. the french are a bunch of nice people.. the following pics will show why..

Portugal's gonna play for 3rd placing with Germany.. they're gonna clinch the bronze!! I'm dead sure the Portuguese egg tarts will beat the German Bratwurst sausages this time round and the sad thing is I can't get to watch it.. people whom know the score can message me when I'm inside?? Really appreciate it..=)

Before I'm off to the army, I wanna thank my mom who bought me this nice watch..

and my sis who wrote me a goodbye card.. time to defend myself from what my sis wrote..

Fiction: she called me cristiano ronaldo because I've got his jersey no.

Fact: I want to be the special, unique and one and only me.. kids are really so naive nowadays.. =p

Fiction: she said go army learn aiming then come back aim her..

Fact: I do not usually aim people.. it's her who's always irritating me then I'll irritate her back.. since she wants me to aim her when I get back, she's gonna get it from my dirty clothing.. =)

Fiction: She also said go inside train level of discipline and don't come back to disturb her, her stuffs and terrapins

Fact: like what I've said.. she got on my nerves with her noisy noise pollution shrieking antics.. my mom can be the witness.. my sis's always the irritant of the month.. then I gotta do something to make her stop with the permission of mom.. in addition she didn't feed her terrapins and I help her feed them on some days and the turtles kinda like me and come to my hand whenever I was there..

Fiction: She said I fart in the house very often..

Fact: look who's talking?? She's a lady but she will always do some unlady stuffs such as getting to people's front and when the person is damn engrossed in doing something, she'll engage her sarin gas and kill everyone with it.. there are 4 victims in the house that can vouch for that.. HAHA..

before i stop i would love to have a funny world cup column and write about the world cup.. because when i'm out again, the world cup would be long over.. =/ so here it goes..

my mane used to be similar to Fernando Torres and Cristiano Ronaldo.. those long, fluffy stands on my head which my hair gel would love so much..

after tomorrow, i'll most probably go samba and get hairstyles like these and my hair gel would go out of job for quite some time..

Look ma, no hair!! lolx.. HAHA.. adriano looks kinda happy but ronaldo aka ah pui seems otherwise.. hahahaha~ =B

This is my last entry before I get in.. i brought a book in to write about my adventures.. I'll miss everyone but don't worry because I brought some pics in to remind me of you guys if I feel like I'm missing something.. hope I'll learn all the good stuffs and not the negative and the bad stuffs inside.. I hope I'll remain the same, nice, old me with minimal changes.. I'll be back in 2 week's time.. HAHA..

graduation wasn't that fun and glam as i've thought.. only a handful of peeps from my class came.. it was boring, serious and so unfun.. it was kinda fortunate my parents did not come.. if not they would be so bored to tears.. and i did not get to shake hands with the CLS principal.. arghz!! because people with special prizes would receive their prizes from the VIP guest, who's a french that owns a optometry company..

his speech kinda had nothing to do with the ceremony except when he was congratulating all the graduands.. i shook his hands by the way!! pui!! it's not like i'm anti-french or what but there's a match later where portugal will play against France.. it was like a very "buay song" moment.. i joked about it by telling my friends that i told that vip that France's gonna lose tonight and they will go home!! HAHA.. if only i could wear the portuguese jersey up and suan him.. hurhur.

thanx to all the peeps that took photos with me.. though it wasn't a large number of people but i really appreciate it.. anyway you guys had the honour of taking photo with me while my mane was still intact.. it's gonna be all gone in a day's time..

the most enjoying session would be the time where we talked to the lecturers.. how i miss school so much.. and their lessons.. they're still very concerned about all of us and i really appreciate that.. talked about life and stuff.. going army soon.. which university we're going.. though we haven't seen them in like 4 months but we can still talk a lot.. haha.. really gonna miss them all.. especially mrs ngan and ms leong..

also special thanx to my pals (matt, jiajun, minghui and jiehong) who ate lunch with me at crystal jade, not forgetting jianming, jiayang, tommy and yihang who ate dinner with me at pastamania.. i don't know why we'll always get freebies in pasta mania harbourfront.. last time we got an extra creamy chicken pasta.. this time we got an extra lemon tea.. they must have loved us a lot.. HAHA.. there was also a group of aunties who're going board cruise but their takeaway pizza came late so they gave it to us as they were not allowed to bring food up the cruise.. i chose the seats beside them but i didn't know they're gonna give us pizza.. maybe i've done many good deeds la.. so it's like good karma at work there.. lolx..

lastly, durian eating session with the guys who ate with me at pastamania plus xiaoxiang, gabriel, yiming and huichoo.. really appreciate all that you guys done for me.. see you guys soon!!

They did it again!! The Portuguese Egg Tarts through to the Semis!! haha.. i am so ecstatic that i was cheering about the win.. i was kept on my toes the whole time while watching the whole match.. this time round, the match was played kinda clean.. unlike the match with the dutch.. both sides had equal chances.. no goals was scored in the 90 minutes and additional 30 minute after that the penalties had to come in to decide a winner.. poor rooney got sent off as he stepped on the groin of one of the portuguese guys.. *ouch* he gotta check his temper there..

i know it's kinda cruel to decide the winner by penalty because it's really about 50/50 luck and technique by both the penalty takers and the goalkeepers.. in the end it was the portuguese who edged out 3-1 in penalties.. the keeper who saved 3 out of the 4 penalties.. ricardo.. the ever eccentric and crazy goalkeeper who can do any weird stuffs to surprise people.. other than that, he really looks like a bollywood actor.. HAHA.. the decider was taken by c. ronaldo to seal the game..

portugal will face france next as brazil fell to france.. how could that happen.. it was kinda shocking and i was kinda sad for the samba boys.. no more OLE finale, brazil vs portugal.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uwAVP-X7_E&search=ole haha.. take a look at this.. dun worry, portugal will avenge the samba boys!! =))

yea.. supported the right team.. with the right team spirit, right coach, right attitude to play despite missing two key players.. now they are through to the semis.. beaten the dutch oranges, english fish n chips and maybe the french toast then they'll have a shot at the cup!! actaully i don't care if they lose and fight for 3rd place or go on to win the cup.. because, to me they're already winners..

now i've about 5 days and less on the main island.. come to think of it, i still have so much stuff left undone, uneaten, unseen.. haha.. i know i'll be comnig out in 2 weeks' time.. but after that, it'll be like less freedom for food and entertainment.. therefore i've ccome up with a small wish list to see what i really hope will happen..

1. i wish, i wish to eat some durians with my pals because it's the durian season.. LOL.

2. i wish, i wish i could get to know more about my friends because we're gonna drift apart soon..

3. i wish, i wish i could to catch up with some of my friends that i haven't seen in years..

4. i wish, i wish to see the 3rd placing and finals of the world cup because portugal will be playing in either 1..

5. i wish i wish that all my friends out there will be well and happy..

superman's a not so interesting movie after all.. i was expected to see stuffs that was related to the comics or cartoons.. but it was relatively boring.. i was kinda dozing off for like the first 15 to 20 minutes as there was so much talking, dragging, yakking and more yada yada.. but the movie became better when superman came out to help people.. save a crashing plane, put out fires, etc..

and as expected he saves the world and disappears again..
