Portugal Won, Portugal Won!! WOOHOO.. haha.. this was the first match that i've watched them play in the world cup.. they won 2-1 against mexico which was also a very good team.. however, they are without 5 of their first team regulars and with this kind of result, it shows that they're good!
well, it was an exciting match keeping me and my mom on our toes.. i told my mom to bet on portugal, ya see.. and everytime mexico attacked and they were on the edge of scoring, my mom would give out a shriek.. now that's scary.. the neighbours must be wondering which madwoman did that.. haha.. almost used masking tape on her mouth anyway..
other than that, another thingy was that portugal also quite lucky la.. because mexico missed a penalty.. now i knew what that 5 dices on the crest of the flag meant.. lucky, lucky, ya're so lucky.. haha..
well, that was yesterday's story.. went to prepare my stuff for my upcoming chalet.. made my specs.. look kinda like those toot toot kinda specs but it still looks okay on me though.. almost bought everything i needed.. what remains is the packing..
went to watch cars today.. it was unexpectedly a very inspiring, amusing and cool movie.. depicts cars equivalent to human beings.. this showalso talks about life too and i am sure we can all relate to it in our lives.. shown how that lightning mcqueen car voiced by owen wilson becoming the real champion not by winning but by having the spirit of goodwill and honour.. moreover you'll get to see my name inside.. RS.. Radiator Springs.. HAHA.. all should catch this one here.. no wonder it was the first on the singapore and US charts the previous week..
went to print my portuguese jersey!!! yea.. it finally came after they were through to the next round.. after weeks of long wait, it's finally here!! yay!! it was cheaper than expected.. the uncle gave me a 5$ discount on the 30 buck price tag.. how nice..
bought dinner for my siblings as they were very hungry and wanted some fast food so i bought them some lumps of long john silver's.. you guys should see the speed they were at when feasting on the fast food in comparison to the nicer food mom prepares.. kids will always be kids.. =p
found the all american rejects move along cd and bought it at a bargain at 15.95$.. wow.. that's really cheaper than most other places..
last but not least, happy 18th birthday to jenyin!! hope you liked the movie and the pressie.. =) other than that i feel that being 18 is no easy task.. ya know like what spiderman said.. great power comes great responsibility.. more decisions making by self, more responsibilities, etc.. come to speak of that, i kinda miss being 18..
