something bad happened.. my weight increased drastically..maybe it's a sign of a terminal illness.. haha.. i thought i was at my usual 75 when i weighed at home.. but when i headed down to the gym to get weighed and work out, i looked at the number on the scale and i was like OMG.. it's not that i'm afraid of getting fat.. but to me, getting to the 80 mark was kinda dangerous.. it meant less stamina, less healthy, less fit, less everything.. going into army with 80kg for me might make it more difficult to do all that is required inside.. fortunately i'm not there yet but i'm close.. i dunno if there was a problem with my weigher at home or what.. gab reassured me that well, maybe it's the growth of muscles.. because muscles are indeed heavier than fat la.. i can still do 7 pull ups or maybe more and it's kinda same as last time.. but i'm not really sure about that.. because after exams, everyone that saw me asked me if i've grown bigger or fatter.. maybe i've gained subconsciously without me knowing but i was sure i exercised quite a bit during this time..

it must be due to the BBQs a few weeks back.. arghz.. BBQ is bad after all.. time to adopt a new type of eating style.. eating like the french..

i saw how did the french ate a few days back on tv.. they ate everything they wanted.. you name it.. croissants, pastries, cakes and stuff but their obesity rate is only 11% compared to USA's approximate 64%.. how did the french manage to do that? their trick lies in eating in small portions.. sure, you can hell eat anything you want but you can only eat it in small portions.. for examples, 2 cubes of chocolates instead of a whole bar, a quarter of a slice of cheesecake or a small croissant instead of big ones.

other than that, you seriously DO NOT gulp or swallow your food without enjoying it.. the sensual part i mean.. the taste, the look, the smell.. when you learn to appreciate your food between bites.. you tend to be more satisfied with your food and you'll feel satieted and you'll not eat anymore..

other than the gym, went to swim at one of my pal's house.. we actually wanna play basketball but i guess we were pretty worn out..today's just like sports day.. haha.. when i exercise, i eat more.. this is what i ate today.. milo cornflakes for breakfast.. nasi lemak, ice kachang, 2 paus, 2 siew mais, fried tofu for lunch.. spinach wonton mee, indian rojak, sugar cane juice and fries for dinner.. speaking about eating in small portions.. it's hard.. haha.. there goes the work out for the day.. but who cares.. i'm going in the chalet soon and i heard the food's not as good as the outside world so in the meantime i shall just eat whatever i liked while not forgetting to not get pass the 80kg mark.. now that sounds kinda challenging.. =p
